1. A massive war is being waged within U.S. borders from military districts of martial law.
2. A lot of defendants are being killed in secret, rather than being brought to public trial over their crimes.
3. The FBI runs into a dead end with the court-martial over gun rights etc.
4. There is not at the present time any civilian court system in the U.S. to adjudicate criminal cases by any valid process in pursuance of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
5. The dirty deal at the D.A.'s office doesn't count.
