FBI won't release files on Hillary criminal case. Says NOBODY CARES!!

Her husband was the defendant in a lawsuit, which he settled out of court. You claim doing that makes Trump guilty but Clinton totally innocent. You have one standard for a Republican, and another standard for a Democrat. How beautifully liberal!

The Paula Jones lawsuit was funded by the Republican Party to harass Bill Clinton. It was dismissed, With Prejudice, by the Presiding judge after 4 years of litigation which even had Ken Starr involved. The judge cited a total lack of evidence as the reason for dismissal, and said Ms. Jones had to pay Bill Clinton's lawyers and court costs.

The Republicans appealed the Dismissal. Facing impeachment in Congress, Bill Clinton paid to make them stop the Appeal. $600,000 Of the $800,000 he paid went to the Republican lawyers.

Bill Clinton won the lawsuit. In spades. Thanks for playing.

I love it when the chump takes the bait.

Sorry, I never heard that the judge ordered Jones to pay Clinton's legal fees. We don't have the loser pays rule in this country. People being sued are never compensated for their legal expenses.

The judge didn't cite a lack of evidence. She said Jones couldn't demonstrate any damages, so that's another issue you're wrong about.

You're already zero for two, so I won't waste my time dissecting the rest of your idiocies.

FBI shuts down request for files on Hillary Clinton by citing lack of public interest

FBI shuts down REQUEST, citing lack of public interest'

Ummm, if there was a lack of public interest, wouldn't there be no request to shut down?

And since recent polls just showed the vast majority of Americans don't give a $h!t about the whole DNC Fake News claim about Russia anymore, that they want the govt to focus on things that actually impact their lives, shouldn't Mueller's witch hut be shut down due to 'lack of public interest', too?
lack of public interest

in this case

MEANS

there is no reason the public NEEDS to know anything about the investigation...

it did not affect the public, the public was not harmed...so their investigation of this person who was not being charged, has no ''public interest'' to force the release of the information gathered on this private citizen.

you simply are distorting the legal sense of the term.
You'll have to forgive us if believe the public should decide whether it's interested an not some servile grovelling Obama minions.
it doesn't work that way... and I thank God it doesn't! That would be an EXTREME abuse of power by BIG GOVT! to release FBI Investigations in to any citizen it did not even charge with a crime.

Paula Corbin is a former Arkansas state employee who sued U.S. President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment. The Paula Jones case precipitated Clinton's impeachment in the House of Representatives and the subsequent acquittal by the Senate on February 12, 1999. Charges of perjury and obstruction of justice were brought against Clinton. Eventually, the court dismissed the Paula Jones harassment lawsuit, before trial, on the grounds that Jones failed to demonstrate any damages. However, while the dismissal was on appeal, Clinton entered into an out-of-court settlement by agreeing to pay Jones $850,000 (equivalent to $1,250,000 in 2016).[1]

Nothing will be done about Hillary's many criminal activities, because the government and media will not allow it. The focus needs to stay on Trump, in full 'hair on fire' mode.
You can't get a file from the local police on Joe Schmo if you are not Joe Schmo...

if it involves criminal activity you can.
Not if it's not released..

bullshit, read FOIA

I think you might be the one who needs to read the FOIA.

Specifically, this part:

(b)This section does not apply to matters that are—
...
(7)records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information (A) could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings, (B) would deprive a person of a right to a fair trial or an impartial adjudication, (C) could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, (D) could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source, including a State, local, or foreign agency or authority or any private institution which furnished information on a confidential basis, and, in the case of a record or information compiled by criminal law enforcement authority in the course of a criminal investigation or by an agency conducting a lawful national security intelligence investigation, information furnished by a confidential source, (E) would disclose techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions, or would disclose guidelines for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions if such disclosure could reasonably be expected to risk circumvention of the law, or (F) could reasonably be expected to endanger the life or physical safety of any individual;

5 U.S. Code § 552 - Public information; agency rules, opinions, orders, records, and proceedings
Well then, I guess Trump doesn't have to release his tax returns.

Trump could order her prosecution. He's not doing it because he would love to see her run in 2020.

I don't think the dems are stupid enough to run her again, but they might be, they don't have anyone else.
No, they are dumb enough. Hell running her in the first place was dumb enough. She couldn't even beat newcomer Trump.

The FBI is so corrupt, we should just go ahead and disband the organization permanently.

It has been thoroughly politizized....they should be restricted to investigating the mafia, the drug cartels, kidnappings and other crimes that pose a threat to our national security. Should not be allowed to get into the political arena aka...investigating a sitting president.

What criminal case?

So just like Hillary, Trump is innocent?

Interesting.

Trump has been convicted, or settled criminal cases. More than once.
Could you name the criminal convictions of Trump?

No one claimed Trump had criminal convictions. Yet. But he has a long history of shady business practices, law suits he settles for pennies on the dollar when he knows he can't win, and businesses being forced out of businesses.

His 7 bankruptcies are a record among even guys in development and construction. American banks stopped lending to him his track record was so bad. They also lost billions in his bankruptcies. He's been fined by the IRS more than once. His modelling agency was even cited for hiring girls with no work permits.

And he really didn't get rich until he started selling overpriced real estate to Russian oligarchs, despite all the money he got from his father's estate.

Yes, we understand how things work. That's why we're appalled. The people refusing to release the emails are Obama minions. Only a fool would trust them.

You certainly did make the claim, let me quote you here: Trump has been convicted, or settled criminal cases. More than once.

They've been policiticized by the Republican Party inserting them into political warfare by insisting on their investigating the Clintons, time after time after time.

Ken Start had the FBI drag Juanita Broaddrick in and threaten her with perjury charges for denying Bill Clinton raped her in Paula Jones trial and then offering her immunity from prosecution if she did.

Interesting, that even though the court ruled for Clinton before trial he settle with Jones for 850,000. Hush money? Doesn't sound like she had to pay any lawyer other then her own. Twisting history in the computer age certainly is tricky.

He was convicted in the racial discrimination cases and paid huge fines.
