The first seven words of the constitution are "We the people of the united states". That makes it clear that the word "people" or "person" means citizen. Illegal invaders have no rights. Common sense tells you that anyway.

While the SCOTUS could rule that by letter of the law illegals have due process, that can only be implemented by circumventing the law or breaking it.
