Oh, my God!!! All I'm seeing is songs from when I was in high school or later ... if you want to talk about aging try some of the really old Hank Williams, Sr. songs - like from the '40s. I can't even find the stuff on Youtube.

Yes - I remember RaggMopp.

Do you remember "Does Your Chewing Gum Lose it's Flavor on the Bedpost Overnight?"

or anything by Benny Goodman, Glen Miller and the like? Louis Prima and Keely Smith?

If memory serves......

It's not a song....it's a melody my grandfather used to play in the piano .... I can't remember its name.

This is the first (last and only) song I ever saw my parents dance to. They showed us how to stroll. That was about ten years after the song became popular.

Back when my mom was five months pregnant with me (TADA!!!!) - this video was made.

Made me think of my Mom, BD....

She used to love to dance to this

A sweet "nothing song" my great-grandmother used to sing to me in Spanish.

My grandma! When I was lik 2-3 years old she'd hold ke on her lap with my head in the crook of her elbow, and sing the traditional lullaby. On the line "may those ______ eyes close tight," she'd pause, lift one of my eyelids, and then sing the color. Blue for me, brown for my sister. :)

Thanks for the memory.

This is one of the first songs I remember.

Moody River - Pat Boone

Down in the Valley.

My mother sang it as a lullaby.

And when I sang along, I sang: "Down in the bowely"

I always like link sausage. Now, when I spend the night at my big brother's he cooks link sausage for me. I called them 'little piggies.'

That's the first one I could sing all the way through..

My very first memory was of my Grandma and Grandpa's taking us to a Christmas party sponsored by the American Legion.

Or Shriner's Club. Presbyterian Church? Eh, what does a baby know?
