Former Ukrainian prosecutor: Hunter Biden didn't violate any laws

Do you understand that if Trump actually threatened the whistleblower that’s witness tampering which is a federal crime and also impeachable?

~~~~~~
Where in te widely distributed transcript did Trump threaten the Ukranian president? Unlike the extortion threat of the self confessed Joe "Foot in Mouth" Biden.
Russians and Ukranians and whateverians regard Trump and the Bidens as IDIOTS who they try to dupe to interfere in our democracy!
It’s not a matter of politics, it’s a matter of constitutionality. Nobody‘s above the law, not even the President of the United States... If Congress does not hold this man accountable, he will break the law again & again. It‘s time for impeachment now.
Well this is awkward. The prosecutor at the center of this whole Ukraine Scandal just said Joe Biden son committed no crimes.
Liar.
Lutsenko replaced Viktor Shokin, the guy that Biden ordered Zelinskiy to fire.
LOL.
"“From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” "
ummmm, well, why'd Trump ask Ukraine to investigate, genius? So the Saudis could try him?
You don't know what he did genius.
I was going to apologize for insulting your intelligence, but I won't.
Biden can't be prosecuted for crimes under Ukraine's law by the US. Because the US has no jurisdiction over Ukranian crimes. And Ukraine cleared him, once already. Ukraine could reopen an invesitation, but at Trump's request …. doesn't that seem a little bit like political interference? Don't answer because I don't give a rat's ass what you think, Trumpsteete.
If Biden, or Trump for that matter, broke US laws while in another country … there'd not be any crime. Which in Trump's case and banking laws is sort of an issue. Unless he did something in the US too. Or unless the crime is a crime under intl law, but then it'd probably be tried in the Hauge or someplace.
Of course he didn't violate and laws. His father, a sitting US VP exerted pressure to get the person looking into his dealings fired.
Is that a crime? A sitting VP exerting pressure so his son can make millions?? It sure ain't ethical.
The link says the Ukrainian ex-prosecutor said Hunter Biden didn't break any Ukrainian laws, doesn't say he didn't break any US laws. Doesn't talk about whether Joe Biden violated any US law in his part of this whole thing. The loudmouth bragged about it on TV, for God's sake. Might have been unethical, if not illegal.
If they broke US laws then why has trump's FBI not investigated it?
trump has his whole DOJ at his disposal to investigate this. Why did he go the Ukraine? Why not just get the DOJ to do an investigation?
Answer, no US law was broken.
A Billion dollars of aid money can cover up lots of corruption!
Wait, this Yuri Lutsenko guy isn't the same one that was doing the investigation was he? Where did he come from? You have to keep with the same prosecutor that was fired.
No. The original guy was General Shokin. Biden used his influence to get him kicked off the case.
Biden admitted that on national television. He ain't to bright.
You can't insult my intelligence, I don't care what you think. It's not Ukraine's Law Biden needs to be worried about, it's ours. IF he influenced them for his son it's a crime. You only see what you want to see, neither Biden or Trump are "guilty" until proven in a court of law. You folks have already convicted Donny. Not real bright on your part judging by the last 3 years.
A billion dollars will easily buy a prosecutor that will look the other way.
Its not against the law to except money that you are not worth...but for his dad to use his office to blackmail a foreign leader is ...well interestingly that is what the dems say Trump did...but as we all see now Trump did no such thing....
