A few days ago, I came across an article in a Utah newspaper about a gathering of youths who live and have lived in foster care.
I read a lot of things they said and it saddened me. They wanted such simply things that were denied by the bureaucrat that currently decides what is permitted and when.
As I spent four years in a foster home in an era where government was not dictating what was done, I posted the article and added my own comments.
And then, yesterday, I posted a short story about a morning at the foster home which was a working ranch and farm. How many of the things did we do that government do-gooders would be having fits overs.
