They just have to lay low and let the public and media rage on about banning bump stocks. They will allow Congressmen to say....We need to look into this and "thoughts and prayers"

The NRA has nothing to do with the shootings nor do their members. Have you policed every business in the country to see if they made responses? The NRA is about responsible gun ownership in direct opposition to what happened in Las Vegas. Disgusting that such violence is used for political gain, or attempted to be used.

They have blocked bans on assault rifles
They have blocked attempts to record gun purchases

Now they will save their beloved bump stocks

The NRA has blocked nothing. They are not part of the government they just don't have that power. Why must you continue to make things up?

Gosh, the government paid for my training without my even asking, gave me a free full-auto weapon, and then sent sent me off on a whirl-wind all expense paid vacation. To South Vietnam. They are highly overrated.

BOTH my parents served in Vietnam. Dad was awarded the Bronze Star with the "V" device (for what reason, I do not know and he would never talk about it). Dad was always pissed off that they made him go to war, but when it was over, made him turn in his weapon and go back to being a subject/slave.

I'm sure those full-autos are so overrated that the military will soon get rid of them, right?
