US President Joe Biden will tell Americans it's time to "pass the torch to a new generation" in a televised address from the White House explaining his historic decision to step aside as the Democratic candidate in this November's election.

The Oval Office speech will be his first public remarks since the 21 July announcement, which paved the way for Vice-President Kamala Harris to become the party's nominee instead.

1. Biden gets on TV to claim he HASN'T dropped out of the race! Then falls off back of the stage!
2. Joe gets on TV to declare his endorsement of Harris several days after the world already knows!
3. Joe gets before the camera to announce his endorsement for his sister, Senator Jill Harris!

He received millions of votes in the primary and his chief spokespeople have been pointing out how tremendously sharp he is.

Netanyahu spoke today, so they drag Biden out to speak to subvert any positive media coverage of things Benjamin Netanyahu said. To control the talking heads, so tomorrow all they talk about is Biden pushing Harris. It's a crafty little... bait and switch.

Benjamin Netanyahu landed in your nation and there was absolutely NO ONE there to welcome him and his wife. Not one dignitary from America showed up to welcome them as they excited the plane. Dirty Biden did not show up to welcome them (he's still the president), but he will show up to tell the nation to vote for Harris.... God is watching this democrat dirtiness.
