No, it's not. Medicare is constitutional, so Medicare Part E (for everyone) would be legal, and popular, just like Medicare is.

Show the power specifically granted in the constitution then.. we'll be waiting

1st, you just proved what you did in your other post. Rather than defending your own beliefs, your merely attacking mine.

Anyways, I don't agree with everything you mentioned when it comes to government subsidies. However, Koch bros and "big oil" are good for society. "Big agriculture" means that we have cheaper food than the rest of the industrialized world. Would you seriously rather have companies not produce food and make us import it? Koch brothers and "big oil" create jobs and produce energy for Americans. It's big-government policies that lead to higher gasoline and electricity rates; energy companies are part of the solution. With big pharma, I'd have to ask if you'd rather live without modern medicine. Imagine life without Advil, Tylenol, Aleve, etc. If you had a fever, your suffering would be much, much greater. Rove and Adelson aren't businesses, just individuals.

Look, I think that the GOP supports corporate welfare too much. But the Ryan budget removes oil subsidies and the Republicans support reducing agricultural subsidies. We believe in free-market competition, or at least moving in that direction. That's not "corporate fascism".
