What Dark has said is true. It isn't rocket science to figure this out. Why create a new competitor to have to deal with the old, when you can just take over the old, and basically have a 90% monopoly.

What would computer manufacturers do? Phone? Auto? Our economy would tank for minimum 2 years, and inflation would get worse very quickly.
