A gang member was shot in a restaurant parking lot in what the police believe is another shooting in a new gang war....

Can't they just ban guns and stop this gun violence?

A man in his 40s was shot in a restaurant parking lot in Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on Monday night, in what police believe was an organized crime gang shooting.

According to police, the shooting occurred just after 8 p.m. in the parking lot of a Denny's family restaurant in Sagamigaoka, Fuji TV reported. An emergency call was placed in which a witness reported that a man had been shot and that a number of men had fled.

Police said the victim, who was a known member of a yakuza gang, was shot once in the upper part of his body. His condition remained critical Tuesday.

No gun was found at the scene. Police are looking at street surveillance camera footage to try and determine who shot the man.

Oh......,that's right....Japan already banned guns.....now only the Yakuza and the police have them.....
