No need to dig through the whole bag of Snakens for just the rye chips.

American exceptionalism at its finest.

Just saw them on the shelf yesterday. The bag said they were new. I must live in a real cultural ghetto, eh?

According to wikipedia, they introduced the rye chips back in 2006. I'd check the expiration date. ;)

Snack food marketing is very regional. Some chick who works for Frito Lay's brought some bags of stuff over they don't sell in my area.

Thank God fried pork rinds are everywhere.

What were they? I have a frito lay driver who lives next door and she brings me goodies from time to time.

Some potato chips with green chilies. Only available on the east coast, I'm told.

A whole bag of rye crispies? Where's the excitement in that.
They taste better when it's like finding the prize in a box of Cracka Jack.

Re: regional products- my favorite snack is Wise brand Cheeze Waffies. I order a case at Christmastime and hand them out.
