Back in actual reality the ability of people from all walks of life (different ethnicites, sex and economic status) to study and practice science has expanded. Not only are gender and biological sex separate things, biological sex isn't even binary. There are intersexed individuals with multiple X or Y chromosomes who are born with varying degrees of both male and female sex organs.

If that is the case, why do they have a diagnosis for it at all?
