I sure don't plan to, thanks. I'm not desperately trying to muddy the waters by saying that Africans weren't the only slaves in history. Has nothing to do with the issues at hand in 2016 or the reality of what actually happened here.I am so heartily sick of this book and the people who are using it to somehow advance and justify racism. Did they agree to their servitude?
Was it for a set period or their whole lives and their children's lives?
Were they bought and sold?
Did they have a right to vote?
Could they legally marry?
