Three step plan:
1. Balanced Budget Amendment: Make each party justify their tax and spending ideas
2. Strict, short term limits: Does anyone think these people would behave the way they do if they were not performing for donors?
3. Publicly-funded elections: See #2
Remove the power from those who abuse it most. We either get serious about this or we bend over and take it. Our country, our choice.
