The fact is that any US money sent overseas has a percentage pilfered from it.

True. That was one of the things Trump was concerned with. Not only is all money sent overseas pilfered in whole or part, much of the money the government spends here domestically, on contracts, etc., is wasted, stolen and pilfered. The Government is 80% waste.

And I'm being kind.

No private company could ever afford to be that wasteful and inefficient.
