The Democrats did not agree on a plan to impeach Donnie prior to taking control of the House in 2019. Many of them voted against Articles of Impeachment at the end of 2017.

The claim was before the Trumpybear took power in 2017 Nazi (democrasts) were plotting his impeachment when they had no power to do so.
