Safety violations that were below regulation standards. This includes rusty equipment that wasn't properly maintained, 25 TAC.139.46(3)(B) which is failure to have a licensed nursing staff at the facility, a staff was still not knowledgeable in the proper procedure of sterilizing instruments and the facility had an infection control issues, to name but a few.

Did you even investigate the government fines associated with these health violations? Care to drop a few figures of the fines involved?

Now my question is, do you rdean honestly believe in all these safety regulations you are so proud of the democrats, making sure our government has an active part in enforcing? .... or is all this safety and government enstilled regulations you speak of in your response above, really amounts to being just a bunch of bloviated bullshit when it concerns the safety health practice at a medical facility like an abortion clinic?
