They are again proving what I have been saying for decades. Judges that rise to the level of the Supreme Court who are believed to be Left or Right can be very unpredictable in their decisions. Could this be that our judges are far more entrenched in the Law and the Constitution than they are in politics and political dogma? Just because a judge might lean left or right at times, does not mean they are going to trash the constitution, our laws, or the strength of the case they are hearing to serve some political ideology.

In the equality wars, some people are more important to raise children. The exact thing has happened that was expected with social justice. Now gays and lesbians are in important positions at a higher percentages then there are of them. And in many of those positions there are people who may be better but were frozen out of those jobs. Just spouting what you did is only part of the equation. It sound so nice and it is. But it is not the whole equation. End the quotas.
