It totally avoids any large metropolitan area.

His district is an area filled with small towns and ghost towns.

It's mostly desert than people.

I drove through a part of his district in April.

He will continue to be elected as long as he continues to run for office.

That district was drawn to make sure the republican will always win. Never a democrat.
