Not really. He needs Mit Romney back in the news. he does okay there, but on stuff like this he cant do much but comment ridiculously. This topic is out of gas. It was the minute that the prosecutors struck a deal with Gosnell to avoid the death penalty.

Ask yourself this question. If Gosnell was a maniac who had broken into a day-care and murdered three or seven infants, do you really think ANY Prosecutor would have dealt him down off the Death Penalty? Especially after winning a conviction?

Not even these prosecutors thought the medical waste was the same as an infant.
