Democrats, holding a near Super Majority Control of Congress (In Both the House and Senate) could have easily passed the Dream Act during the 1st two years of the Obama Presidency. The undeniable FACT is they simply did not give a rat's ass enough to do so. Instead, they allowed Obama - after he did not have the Constitutional authority to do so - to pass an Un-Constitutional 'Edict' that attempted to push his Liberal agenda into law. Trump has since scrapped the Un-Constitutional 'Legacy' item, forcing Congress to do its job - pass laws.

Democrats have demonstrated they don't give a d@mn about illegals but have only used them and continue to do so. Democrats sided with criminal illegals over American citizens in shutting down the govt, despite Democrats being given all they asked fro during the budget negotiations. Now they have proved again that they would rather have DACA as a 2018 election issue than actually do anything to pass DACA legislation.
