Liberals look at America and feel overwhelmed...victimized. Conservatives see opportunity.
“Your attitude will determine your altitude.”
- Zig Ziegler
Are you kidding? Do you think they take any of that stuff seriously? Look who they support.Greed is one of the Seven Deadlies.
You Christianists should know that.
Hopefully young people grow up with the understanding that we do not need a nanny state telling how to run our economy, or get along together as people. The rhetoric of the left is one of victims and victimization. Look at it...look at it going back to the 1960’s? There are no victims in America. You live in the nation that allows the most freedom to improve your life. The left wants to bring more immigrants in from Latin America...get them on government assistance...and “boom”you have a new victim class to fight for and castigate conservatives as being a bunch of Nazi meanies.Liberals look at America and feel overwhelmed...victimized. Conservatives see opportunity.

There is nothing to feel overwhelmed about. As a liberal, I wake up and wonder where anyone has the time to spout a bunch of victimization nonsense. I also wonder where the collective amnesia comes from. What irritates me is that the rest of us have to wait for an entire generation to grow the hell up.
Here is how liberal kids in white suburbia feel about blacks as helpless victims. Crosses over to economy as well.Liberals look at America and feel overwhelmed...victimized. Conservatives see opportunity.

Looks good on paper? Looks good when I look around my country everyday and am thankful I served and stood against communist during Cold War. So what is your solution? Some hippie commune? So your saying free market exploits the Third World? So War is good? It increases government investment? According to you government controlled economy is a good thing. Hitler felt it was. Optimum word with free-market is “free.”I didn't say that.
Actually one of the best investments that brought about a lot was Reagan's Star Wars. What he wanted was shot out but so much money was thrown at it that major developments in technology were made.
The funding was good but the original goal was unattainable. Trying to equate a mixed market economy with Hitler is reaching to say the least. Again, you need to examine where the free market has been implemented and the consequences.
I'm telling you that the free market looks beautiful on paper but never pans out the way it is intended. This leads to free market advocates crying out but........but........but......just like the communists do.

Agree...both the “mix” in “mixed economy” should only be like that dash of pepper you add to a stew. Not too much government spice to overwhelm it...but just enough to make it taste good. Otherwise don’t mess with the mix in the stew.Looks good on paper? Looks good when I look around my country everyday and am thankful I served and stood against communist during Cold War. And that's key simply because I can successfully argue that no one has ever seen actual communism in action. You will never see it because it looks beautiful on paper but it never pans out. Ever.
Solution? Mixed market economy. Right now we need to pay attention to what corporations and even non profits are refusing to do because they can't profit from it and get these things back on track. We can look at areas where there is a zero safety net.
We need to break up the monopolies. The media conglomerates that we are dealing with now are a threat but they won't be going anywhere as long as we continue to argue free market good-socialism bad.
Let the free market work itself out first...if it fails...which I doubt it will...then drastic (aka government) actions can be taken.Looks good on paper? We’re talking about your comfortable life that free market capitalism created for you.Free market ? We are talking about monopolies and duopolies. The enemy of competition.

Well, we need to tell the government what we want it to do. The less specific we are the more room they have to not accomplish anything. Everyone fawns over Bill Gates but he continues to be rewarded through the H1B Visa program and uses the argument of "innovation". You will probably see more online trolls in this next year that have been paid to argue on an emotional victim thang because currently the people are considered too stupid to give a damn about policies.
Cant have freedom to improve your life if ISPs get to choose winners and losers based on who can pay the mafia juice men of the internet.Hopefully young people grow up with the understanding that we do not need a nanny state telling how to run our economy, or get along together as people.
