In March, 2013 Martin Gaytan married Monica. Less than two years later, he shot her dead.

ABC 13 reports police charged Martin Gaytan with murder after he called 911 and confessed to shooting and killing his wife after what people now politely call a domestic disagreement:

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says Martin Gaytan, 24, told them that he and his wife, Monica Gaytan, also 24, had an argument at their home around 5am in the 5000 block of Gage Spring Court in Spring [TX].

Click2Houston adds that Gaytan claims he shot his dearly departed wife in self defense.

Her husband, 24-year-old Martin Gaytan said he and Monica had argued and she pointed a handgun at him. Authorities said Gaytan admitted he took the handgun away from his wife and shot her multiple times.


But Inquisitr reports people who knew Monica Gaytan cry foul.

“I don’t believe his story. He’s trying to get thru the loophole of defending himself. He’s lying.”

“could not see her doing that went to school with her.”

Gaytan has quite the obsession with guns.
Anomaly from Freakout Nation adds Gaytan’s Facebook page reveals he had quite the obsession with guns. On June 21 he posted a picture of himself brandishing two rather menacing-looking rifles.

This guy was an accident murder waiting to happen.

So this guy is holding an AK-47 and an AR-15. Does he own these guns, or do they belong to somebody else? We don't know.

I have TWO AK-47s. So, according to Ludd's criteria, I have an "obsession" with guns, and I am a "gun nut".

If this guy stabbed and killed his wife with a STEAK KNIFE, and a photo from Facebook showed this guy holding a set of steak knives, would Ludd state that this guy had an "obsession with steak knives" and was a "steak knife nut"?

Republicans don't care about protecting the rights of the crazy insane to own steak knives.
