You fail to give real numbers, and the facts are simple that a person can get a gun even with a false positive.

You have shown nothing that background checks don't work.

It's like that idiot on TV saying, "well, the VA shooter got one, the system is a failure", when in fact many, many, many who should not get one failed to pass the background check.

I don't care if you have a gun, as long as you are not a nut or a criminal.

Evert mass shooter either passed a background check or stole the guns, or got them illegally. The list of those who actually went through a background check is huge.

And those are actual numbers from actual cases. The only ones being stopped from getting a gun through background checks are law abiding, normal people....the criminals simply use straw purchasers.....
