People tracked on January 6th were only tracked for their location, not their actions. Not a single one of them could be charged with assaulting an officer just based on geotracking. Other evidence would be needed for that. The most anyone could be charged based on geotracking would be for being illegally in the Capitol; and without any other evidence, not even that would stick because all that can be shown in a court of law is their phone was inside the capitol.
