Liberal Democrats are fighting our return to being a moral nation. How far will they take us down? And to think the SC was something we counted on.

Do you think voting for a guy who cheated on three wives is going to make the nation more moral?

Ah, you're a parody account, does it matter?

Democrats love child sacrifice.

Abortion without limits allows Democrats to pay woman to carry a baby to term and harvest its organs.

Democrats = pure evil

The supreme court made Molloc smile.

You do realize that abortion pills kill the fetus when it is first few weeks and isn't any bigger than a pea, right?

Nobody is aborting a late trimester fetus unless something has gone wrong with the pregnancy, and even then, donating the tissues is rare.

This is one of the few times where lack of Standing actually was the correct decision.

If they want to pursue this they have to find someone actually harmed.

Oh, bullshit, Marty.

Lack of standing hasn't stopped the Taliban Justices before. When they heard the case from that Website designer who has never asked to do a gay website (because her work sucks!) to weaken public accommodation laws, they didn't care about standing.

The reason why they rejected this case is because they knew damned well if they blocked access to the morning after pill, women would come after them in November with the wrath of fucking God.

9-0 on Standing, and for once I don't see it as a punt.

Hell Thomas went even further on the Standing argument saying they should revisit the 1977 decision that allowed groups to sue up to the Supreme Court, as opposed to actually harmed individuals, which could be REPRESENTED by the groups.

Oh, come on, guy, this was about the fact SCOTUS knows they stepped in it with Dobbs, and they don't want to make things worse for themselves.

Lots of assumption there, with little backing.

The Dobbs blowback is still sorting itself out. The issue there is the anger and drive went from the abortion restrictions side to the abortion availability side. But considering what Dobbs did was just send it back the States, that anger isn't as sustaining as the Roe anger, which was a blanket restriction on States.

No, guy, women are realizing what you've done to them. They are not happy.

Seems to be a decent ruling. Best part is if you disagree with abortion you are not forced to buy the pill. Problem solved

What limit do you want on abortion?
I want it left between a doctor and their patient. But to answer your question more directly, abortions should generally not be allowed after 4 months from conception unless the mother's health is at risk or it obvious the baby will not survive outside the womb/or the abnormalities are so great as to make one living life impossible ie being born without a skull. That was pretty much the case anyway before all this shit started recently.

So you want a 4 month limit and only for health reasons?

So if you get an abortion at 6 months for no medical reason, is that murder?

96% of abortions occur before 15 weeks. Only 1% of abortions occur after 20 weeks (for mainly medical reasons). By our laws we have in place, it would not be considered murder IMO.

That's all it ever been about.... Not forcing people to pay for something they disagree with.
This is anathema to the left's bog-like control freak philosophy. I don't believe in interfering however with someone else's decision I just don't want to pay for it if it's not my decision.

Dude, that case should never have been heard. The plantiffs weren't harmed nor had any skin in the game. They had never used the drug, they had never been harmed by the drug, they had never prescribed the drug, nor had they ever been required to.

That's not how standing works. Judge Matt put his religion over the law. And the SCOTUS corrected his blunder.
