You have to be a complete idiot not to understand the intention behind Hur’s report. According to Hur, Biden willfully took classified documents, but would likely gain sympathy from a jury that, in his opinion, would buy into the idea that he simply forgot because he comes across as a forgetful old man. In my estimation, Hur shouldn’t have been lamenting on what a jury may or may not do, but rather simply report the fact that Biden willfully took them when he had no authority to do so. Let the jury decide his fate.
Competence to stand trial would lie with the Judge not Hur, after Biden's presidency.
He exonerated Biden in a like manor to the way that Comey exonerated Hillary

As the case stands now we will be into late summer or fall by the time a trial is set... that would be in the 3 month window of where the prosecution of a candidate for office usually gets delayed until after the election... Garland will decide it too hot to go forward...How much you betting?
