Henry Waxman To Retire: Great !!!!!!!

Waxman will easily be replaced by another Democrat.

After they feast on each other, of course.

But it will be moonbat leftwingnut fringe festival from start to finish.

Marianne Williamson has already thrown her hat in the ring....rumor is the girl who can't afford her own rubbers, Sandra Fluke, is going to run too. You can be sure a gaggle of loonyleft liberals will be lining up to run as well. It will be entertaining....

He is an ugly, ugly, little man. Good riddance.

it will be a leftist feeding frenzy to replace him. ....:clap2:
he looks like that guy who was turned into a rat. In the Harry potter movies.

No doubt about that.

But it would be great if it were a George Miller. I understand he isn't running either. I would have preferred a member of the GOP when I lived in his district...but he was O.K. as demos go.

Tom Harkin is going out too ?

This is to good to be true.

Oh yeah, it will be a circus of clowns in that district. Hollywood and Beverly Hills? LOL! I can only imagine.

.

Meh.

I would much rather have all of them on strict, short term limits so that they have to do something besides being professional politicians.

Although I do suspect that for many that might be difficult. Too bad.

.

We have term limits.

They are called "Elections".

Every two years, Henry Waxman had to be renominated by the member of his party and then by the people of his district.

If they weren't happy with the job he was doing, they were free to vote him out.

How can they vote him out when no one runs against him?

So long Henry.

40 years enough ? You think ?

I can't think of anyone I'd rather see go (since Ted Kennedy is gone).

One of the things he leaves in his wake.....Obamacare.

As usual, you are an ignorant.

Labeling on food
Clean Air Act
Acid Rain
Tobacco Industry
Aids
Medicare
Medicaid
Affordable Care Act

He's been a great Congressman.

Whose fault is that?

The GOP concedes vast swaths of the country to these guys, and then complains when they have too much power or are able to act with impunity.

Sure...great if you like overregulated socialistic approaches to thing. Waxman never met an industry he didn't want to control.

Yours.

Not mine, man.

And you intentionally edited out this part of m y statement.

The GOP concedes vast swaths of the country to these guys, and then complains when they have too much power or are able to act with impunity.

Okay, Crazy Man, if Waxman is so radical, are you saying the GOP couldn't find ONE SENSIBLE person to run against him in his district in 20 elections in the last 40 years.

Not one. Ever.
