That is a spurious claim, since there have been no reports of these kids doing anything but looting and throwing rocks at the police, certainly no reports of them attacking random white people. Mow, if I was a police officer in Baltimore, I'd certainly be concerned. The fact is that there were a lot of white people in that mob as well, as any viewing of the available video will show you.
After watching the vid, the only thing I could see that MIGHT have snapped his neck is when cops get him on the ground and then lean their knee on the body of the perp. And they tend to do it ON THE NECK. Or the spine. I've seen them do it multiple times when watching the tv show Cops. When he asked for medical help, they should have done it right then and there. It does not excuse Grays past or the arrest or whatever, but he is in custody and shacked. What could he do to hurt anyone then? Nothing. Yes. The cops fucked up. And its no excuse to burn down their own town either.
His arrest video shows him in physical distress. You can see it in his body language and in his face. The police ignored that and dragged him to the van and tossed him inside. The police reported that he was having trouble the entire time he was in the van but they did nothing to assist him, even after he asked for help. They let the boy die.
Because if you've ever watched an episode of Cops the black criminal always screams in pain and accuses the Cops of Police Brutality while resisting arrest. It isn't a new phenomenon. Thats why police have started to ignore them.
And how often on this so-called reality show do these "fake" screams result in the boy dying? We are not talking about a television program. Jeez.

We are talking about an unarmed boy who was roughly handled by multiple police officers, and suffered a nearly completely severed spinal chord in the altercation as well as other injuries. And you are trying to justify this treatment because he was a black boy and 'we all know that black boys are terrible monsters who fake injuries when they are arrested'? Good luck with that argument.

And that has what, exactly, to do with this specific case? Are you suggesting that because someone else did something heinous that this unarmed boy deserved to die by police malfeasance? The fact is that you people are bigots who paint everyone you hate (particularly if they have a different skin color) with the same racist brush. Fact: The boy ran from police. But that in itself is not against the law. They had no probable cause to confront him in the first place. He was simply on a sidewalk talking to someone. Yes he had a criminal history, none of it violent. He had no drugs or paraphernalia on his person when he was arrested. The only reason why he was arrested was that he ran, and as I point out, that is not a crime. That said, friends and family said that the police had beaten him in the past, so it is no surprise that he ran. so tell me, bigot, what, exactly did he do that warranted his murder at the hands of six police officers?
