They were needing to incarcerate him for stealing, passing phoney money, and likely trying to drive under the influence. (He drove to the location of his arrest) 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. The officers would have been fired for not doing their jobs if they didn't try.He should have been charged for damage to the police car. When he was handcuffed and on the ground, he wasn't damaging anything. Cops can't kill people just because they are mad.
Oh he was going to jail at a minimum....instead he went to the morgue.
