Heroic Derek Chauvin Appeals to US Supreme Court

He should have been charged for damage to the police car. When he was handcuffed and on the ground, he wasn't damaging anything. Cops can't kill people just because they are mad.
They were needing to incarcerate him for stealing, passing phoney money, and likely trying to drive under the influence. (He drove to the location of his arrest) 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. The officers would have been fired for not doing their jobs if they didn't try.

Oh he was going to jail at a minimum....instead he went to the morgue.

The USSC will not have its feelings cap on but rather it’s lawful thinking one

Law enforcement is ill equipped to swoop up some perps if they are given a difficult time. In this case, a city and other cities need to figure out a system of getting a specialized unit perhaps out to a situation immediately. If Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's neck, it certainly took a longtime for any other solutions to arrive. A four-sided portable curtain as an example may need to be part of some equipment as to conceal the perp and law enforcement from the public. Once cops escalate, they cannot back down because of bullshot machismo. In my opinion this is why our nation is done. To many people have been screwed over and/or emasculated and will not forget their own experiences.

Jail would have been fine. Cops aren't allowed to murder for any reason.

Floyd died from a drug overdose and was already in the process of dying from an overdose before officer Chauvin restrained him. The tainted jurors who convicted Chauvin did so out of fear that they would be targeted by the left and the media if they didn't find him guilty.

Derek Chauvin who was convicted of second-degree murder of George Floyd has appealed to the USSC after the state of Minnesota refused his appeal without explanation.

Chauvin's lawyer is saying the original trial was tainted by the media and courts so that facts were discarded such as:

-Floyd admitted to using drugs on video.

-Floyd repeatedly said he couldn't breathe on video before the cops ever touched him.

-Floyd's lungs were 2 to 3 times the normal size and filled with fluid. This is a symptom of an overdose.

-A Floyd hired family pathologist claimed Floyd died of Asphyxiation, but the government found he died from cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained and that there were "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

-Hennepin County's chief medical examiner strongly suggested the primary cause of death was the deadly combination of Fentanyl, Meth, and a long list of Floyd's health problems.

-Floyd had almost 4 times the level of Fentanyl that is considered lethal.

-The restraint of using a knee on the back was in fact part of the training that officers received.

-Chauvin was the police officer that asked the ambulance to make Floyd a top priority and to hurry it up to the scene.
It might be satire because mega macho man usually uses gateway pundit.

A four sided portable curtain where cops can be shielded from observation while they abuse or murder their victims. I'm sure lots of cops would love that.

The real crime is the fact St. Floyd was allowed on the streets after robbing a pregnant woman at gunpoint. That should have been a life sentence.

he's no hero, and should rot. He's was a horrible cop, and a worse human being

I can't imagine why he wasn't rotting in prison.
Liberal states don’t like to put dangerous, violent criminals in prison if they’re black.

If the violent criminal who was threatening innocent passengers on the NY subway was in prison, after 42 arrests, then Hero Dan Penney wouldn’t be facing 15 years for protecting people from him.

Yep, but not for 12 minutes, not for more than 2 minutes after all movement had stopped, including breathing. Had he removed the knee about 3 minutes sooner he would not be in jail where he belongs
Fentanyl Floyd Is the Media's Pretty Boy

For a few vital seconds, Chauvin would have been unable to defend himself if the thug tried to get his gun. He had good reason to ignore "I can't breathe," seeing it as a typical trick criminals use.

When you truely can’t breathe you also can’t talk and yell
Wrong. You should talk to someone who has COPD, or some other breathing problems. Breathing is a more complex procedure than you might think. You might have enough CO2 laden air in your lungs to say a few words, but that doesn't mean you are able to expel enough of it to allow for inhaling enough fresh oxygen, or that the passageway is open enough to even allow sufficient oxygen. Oxygen to the blood can be depleated in a very short time. That's when organs shut down. The man was murdered.
