Heroic Derek Chauvin Appeals to US Supreme Court

He ingested meth?! That alone could have established reasonable doubt.

The jury was afraid they’d set off another few months of BLM savagery, and thus convicted him.
Yes they found it in his car and the squad car.

Three forensic specialists fielded questions from prosecutors and Chauvin's defense lawyer about a handful of pills and pill fragments that were recovered from the Mercedes that Floyd was in, as well as squad car 320, from which the Black man was dragged to the ground by Chauvin and three other Minneapolis police officers.

Correct! Accounts say he was bashing his head on the inside of the cop car, was shouting he can't breathe and claiming claustrophobia. He was bleeding from his head so they pulled him back out of the car and told him to lay on the ground. Later they found he had ingested meth and found it in the backseat of the cop car. Chauvin had no way of knowing the thug was half dead already when he was holding him down. By the way, the sombitch thug was blabbering the whole time so he couldn't have been strangled by Chauvin's knee.

How can any sane person be a cop in America
If you do your job you can get 25 years in prison and if you use to little force- you die

That's not the reason. Chauvin claims that media coverage "tainted" the verdict. You could basically claim that for every case and that's why the SC won't go there.
Yeah. That too. He's basically claiming he didn't get a fair trial. He can probably show "some" jury taint but it would be very hard to prove it swayed a vote.

I still say Johnny Cochran could have gotten this guy off. :p

Chauvin needs to be pardoned and reinstated. Why do you support a drug-addled scumbag over police? Oh I forgot, you are a far Left whackjob that hates cops and wants to see them eliminated, except of course for YOUR Gestapo to round up political opponents.
He's not gonna get pardoned. More likely he gets shanked and dies behind bars.

No. Chauvin was fucked the moment somebody took their phone out and recorded him.

Sure he will, when the next Republican gets in the WH. We will make sure all opposition to the agenda of REAL Americans gets crushed.

I'm really tired of the black community getting away with anything they want because they're black

lol

You weren't here when I told my story about that night.

The first I saw that video I said "oh no", and the very first thing I did is write Trump and told him "you better get out in front of this thing NOW or it's going to cost you the election".

Of course he didn't listen. (Or maybe my email was censored by a leftard mole, who knows). :p

Then I tracked down Susan Rosenberg, found her bio page on Thousand Currents, and the instant I published it they took it down.

That's when I knew I was right, the Dems were going to glom on to this thing and milk it for everything it's worth.

Are you aware that there was an incident on the NY subway that was virtually identical to the one involving Daniel Penney and the homeless criminal lunatic about one week later?

In this one, a homeless black guy was harassing passengers (No mention that he was threatening death), and another passenger stepped up, took the knife he had in his pocket, and stabbed the homeless guy to death? And in this case, the one who did the killing left the scene and also had a weapon on him - much worse than what Penney did - and also bludgeoned the homeless guy to death.

However, he had something going for him that Penney doesn’t - he is black. The grand jury did not charge him, and he was released.

Unruly prisoners have been arrested and transported for centuries without killing them. He was handcuffed on the ground. He wasn't a threat to anybody.
I did not see any extraordinary violence or subjugation used on the perpetrator. The perpetrator was an extra large violent man who was obviously on drugs.

The officers called for an ambulance. There wasn't much more they could have done.
The initial videotapes of the arrest were of course edited and didn't show the long-suffering labors of the officers.

Back in the day officers carried nightsticks.
A broken hand and leg along with some fresh knots on his head and the thug would have complied.
A real nightstick has weighted ends. Drilled and filled with lead. No beating a perp repeatedly necessary whatsoever. One good whack and an arm or hand gets broke...

They don't allow them anymore. Such a shame. The mere thought of defying an officer by struggling was a death wish.

Let’s keep this in perspective. Cops deal with 50 million people a year, many of them defiant, belligerent, stoned, drunk, etc., etc., and in 0.00000001% of the encounters, it doesn’t end well.

There was no reason to burn down cities, assault thousands of people, loot stores, set cars on fire, and murder 30 people because of an exceedingly rare occurrence.
Before we jump to the subject of protests, are you willing to admit the cops behavior was reprehensable? That there was no rational reason to kill him?

Nope
When you cannot draw in air you can’t expel it either
