Two things:

A). Of course we all know that Maryland is one fucked up state. You don't want to live there and certainly don't want to get stopped there with a firearm unless you have a CCW for that state. Even then, you are not good. Almost as bad as New York.

B). As usual, everything liberals do has the exact opposite effect as their stated intent. So all your highest crime areas are where they enact the most gun laws! Unfortunately for the rest of us, the cognitive dissonance of liberals never lets them see the real outcome of their actions as they are totally driven by ideology over actual results.
