The High California thing to do to “Jungle Monkeys” of course is to dress them in a suit and tie and commute them to work in a corporate office building where presumably they can do something useful for somebody and get paid a 6-figure for it, use the bulk of their salary to pay for transportation and housing, whatnot, if you can even afford to fix a flat tire or get a taxicab to work have your car serviced at millionaire prices when your brake hose is slashed in your driveway, and guns are banned.
