Mr. Fish, this article is total hogwash. First, Parkinson's Disease is diagnosed by a NEUROLOGIST, not the guy who puts you to sleep in the operating room before surgery. It is done by physical exam and predominating symptoms. Earliest symptoms are uncontrollable trembling of the extremities, such as the hands.

A friend of mine received an early diagnosis last year because he thought something was wrong with his right leg. He quickly started showing obvious signs of stiffness in his neck and head, and his hands trembled badly.

Secondly this blog is just that, a blog. The links they give to show Mrs. Clinton's head bobbing (she was surprised by a group of reporters to her right, behind her) and the freeze was when a group in the audience acted up and the SS rushed to her side. She was intently watching the group, not freezing.
