Hillary only repeated what American intelligence agencies have reported. The FBI issued a flash alert about that particular subject. It's hardly a conspiracy theory, and it wasn't something Hillary claimed without any proof, like Trump always does.

Former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said U.S. officials have to be wary because the Putin government is noted for using "information operations" to meddle in the political affairs of other governments in Europe and elsewhere.

Russia has been interfering with the campaign for months, hacking information and releasing it when it does most damage...
