Interesting. If she does testify - will it be for or against Trump? She will be under oath. This adds another level of uncertainty to the trial. What do you think?

You got him now.

Is she the one that claimed Trump grabbed the steering wheel or the one that claims Trump likes his steak served with mayonnaise and ketchup?

OHHH SNAP!

Hope Hicks lied to Congress about Her Involvement in Stormy Daniels Hush Money Payments in the past.

WHAT MAKES YOU THINK SHE IS GOING TO TELL THE TRUTH THIS TIME? :doubt:

Was Hope Hicks hired when Trump paid off Stormy Daniels?

Do your own homework.
No questions, Hole

On December 22, 2016, it was announced that Hicks would become part of the Trump administration, in the newly created position of the White House director of strategic communications.

I don't understand all of this bs nonsense. So, Trump paid hush money to a bimbo (whether he did the bimbo or not). That's been done a bunch of times by others and they didn't get prosecuted for it. Did he illegally use campaign funds for it? So what if he did. That's been done before too. Even Obama has been fined for misusing campaign funds. He wasn't jailed. Was Trump trying to keep the hush money payment secret in order to influence the election in his favor? Probably but, again, others have done the very same thing, including Biden. Biden knew in 2020 BEFORE the election that he had classified documents but purposely kept it hush hush because he knew if it got out it could influence the election against him. He's not facing any charges for keeping it secret in order to influence an election.

Would you lie under oath?

I was caught up in a multi million dollar lawsuit and represented by corporate lawyers. They pressed me to lie. I couldn't do it. So I opted out. Refused to testify.

The attempted bribe was a real eye opener.

She was probably afraid.

Everyone says it is... that its laughable... and the judge is acting out in anger and that will doom this case...
Would you not be angry if a criminal defendant threatened your children?
Why does POS45 use these tactics instead of defending himself from "false" charges?

Prior restraint of freedom of speech is presumed to be improper and can only pass the test when it is ordered with special and clear necessity and accords proper prior notice to the impacted parties.

For example:

Carroll v. President & Commissioners of Princess Anne, 393 U.S. 175 (1968).

Despite this, we know that Courts sometimes do issue gag orders on plaintiffs and defendants. But the reasons in favor of a gag order have to be very specific and highly warranted.

Footnote 5 added some significant information:

Carroll, id., at fn 5.

Of course, normally, gag orders are designed to protect the right of the accused to a fair trial. It can be used to insulate the defendant from the improper attempt of a prosecutor to try their case in the media (likely hissing a jury pool). But this gag order seeks to gag the former President around the time of a trial on the even of a Presidential election. It isn’t the right of this defendant the court is concerned with, obviously.
They gag him because he is correct and fsct reality is their enemy

She will be under oath. And her testimony will match the evidence.

Welcome to normal world. Does it burn?
