there were another 10 million attempts to enter in to the USA....those attempts are called encounters.
More than 50%of those encounters are turned away and deported immediately after border control goes through their interview with each one....the ones kept are the asylum seekers border control has determined... enough to warrant a court hearing with the judge deciding.

Not without due process. If an alien gets into America, they are entitled to due process. It's a HUGE problem and IMO that should be changed. Also the citizen if born here even if parents are illegal should be rescinded.Immediately sent back to their home country.
Yes, they are sent back immediately after they have been screened by border patrol....if they do not meet the criteria for being an asylum seeker they are denied entry in to our country.Not without due process.
