How Are You Defining A Debate Win?

Oh please..it wasn't "dreadful".

Romney was like "water". He said what ever it took to out "moderate" Obama..and in contradiction to what he has said previously.

Heck..he even changed the definition of taxes. Now they are "rates". Or.."rates" are now different from taxes.

2 more to go..and pretty sure Obama got schooled enough to know what to do next time.
Not according to the White House press agents at CCCPNBC...And if its anyone who knows from failure, it's them.

Oh..so now their opinion is valid to you?

Until..when?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
When the pompom girls say that their own team sucks, it's a pretty safe presumption to run with.

Obama was schooled eh?...hmm...then why do you believe Obama won the debate?:eusa_hand:

Me?

I believe he "won" on content and reality.

Romney "won" because he was able to roll the moderator and set the tone of the night.

And it depends on what you value...really.

Romney's stances have completely changed from the primary debates.

Puhleese....like Obama tells the truth? Like Obama does what he says he will do??
Yeah....that's pretty funny. He is Wall Streets best friend.
He has presided over the single largest trickle down economics in the history of this country.

Truth? Yeah..he does tell the truth.

It's based on reality. Did he keep all his promises? No. And he says so.

And what would you have had done with Wall Street? Let all the firms fail?

That worked so well during the great depression..didn't it..

How's the cherries your pickin?

Matthews was mad that Obama didn't get in Romney's face and call him a liar.

So you agreeing that Romney lied? You'd rather have seen Obama pop Romney?

Or is the only content that concerns you is that which reinforces your belief.

Yeah..that holds up Oddball.

Not picking anything.

I suppose if everyone in your office told you how much you sucked, you'd run into the can, look into the mirror and tell yourself how great you are, huh?

Specifically.

Rachel Maddow is forced to call it a draw. With her ability to ignore reality and spin everything for Obama, the best she can lay down is a draw, that proves Romney was spectacular.

Normally..it would have been seen as a "draw".

But Romney came in with low expectations and Obama came in with high expectations.

Romney did a bit better and Obama did a bit worse.

So now Romney's performance is "wildly" conflated.

As is Obama's.

Al Fucking Gore said it was the altitude. Typical liberal innit?

Goddammit are you a liar!...Axleshaft went around to all the pundits, telling them that they didn't have terribly high expectations....That's the fact, Jack.

How does letting them fail make less sense than making sure that whenever they screw up in the future we will step in and bail them out?

By the way, it was Bush that asked for, and got, the bailouts. Saying it was a really dumb thing to do would not impact your praise of The One even a little.

I'm interested in seeing how the changes in stances that Mittens took last night during the debate are going to play to the GOP base.

Oh................and almost every news station is fact checking the lies told by Mittens last night. Gonna be interesting to see the next debate.

Is that the explanation for why Romney actually looked at Obama, and Obama kept looking for his notes?

I don't see how the two are connected..but to answer you weird questions.

If that happened..I would look at it as an opportunity to do better and assess what went wrong. And figure out ways to get it right in the next iteration.

Plan
Do
Check
Act.

It's a hard concept for anarchists like yourself..who never let a good failure go unpunished as you bomb the store.

He won't lose any votes from the GOP to think the debate will do that is grasping at thin air.

It probably has something to do with containing urge to scream "Liar liar pants on fire".

Gore got caught rolling his eyes..

All things considered..looking at the papers was probably best.
