No, that's not the way to stop anything. When government needs to slow down the economy because it's moving too quickly, they simply raise interest rates like they've been doing since Trump took office.
They started before Obama left.. but never mind.
Enough of this crap that we need immigrants for lettuce picking jobs. They are in just about every sector of work in the US.
Kind of depends. Never met an undocumented immigrant. Now, two jobs back, we had a multi-cultural team. We had one lady each from Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines, and later we got one from Jamaica who lasted about a year. But these were all college educated professionals. (The Japanese and Filipina ladies got here by marrying Americans).
Yes, the US does have laws against discrimination in the workplace and outside of it. In the US, local communities support their education system. Any community can build a great school system or a terrible one. It's up to the locals that live there.
Yeah, let's look at that. So you have a poor district like the South side, compared to a rich district like Evanston. Why, they are totally equal! You are really going with that?
There are more people of color in prison because they commit the most crime. It's no more complicated than that.
Oh, really? Here's the thing, the justice system gives little Timmy probation while little Jamal gets jail. But yeah, Ray brought the racism again.
