Since African Americans are reportedly 14% of the population, simply mandate that 14% of newly accepted students must be African Americans, regardless of their high school marks.

It is time that we shed the myth of everyone being judged on his/her abilities and just move straight ahead to quotas.

P.S. In all fairness, this 14% quota should also apply to TV commercials. Currently, African Americans are overrepresented in commercials.
 
Why are blacks unable to compete based on merit?

If they don't have the intelligence to compete based on educational requirements, then why are they being directed toward college. It hurts everyone to continually lower standards because blacks can't meet requirements.

Maybe they would do better in a trade program. Not everyone is suited to college.
 
The question that is seldom asked but most important is, What is the benefit of racial and ethnic diversity?

Manifestly, there is no academic benefit. No study has ever shown that standardized test scores improve when "diversity" is injected into any student body. As for social or cultural benefit, I would argue that there is no benefit there either.

But look at two alternatives: homogeneous education and rigid merit. There are a LOT of people who maintain that women do best in an all-female educational environment, and it is argued that Blacks get a better education at NHCU's. For those who don't want to segregate, they can fit into the institution where they belong, academically.

Since Whites are about 65 % of the US population they should be 65% of the jail and prison inmates.
We need to keep the quotas fair in every way don't we?
