How Do You Think Trump Feels?

You're clueless, tell me. What makes Jackson a good Supreme Court Justice? Be specific.

:desk:

alrighty, then - now pay attention:

She went on to Harvard College, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 1992,

and Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude in 1996.

She spent the year between college and law school as a reporter and researcher at Time magazine in New York.

In the 17 years following her graduation from law school, Jackson held a variety of legal jobs.

She attained three federal clerkships,

worked at four elite law firms,

and served two stints with the Sentencing Commission.

From 1996 to 1997, Jackson served as a clerk to U.S District Judge Patti Saris, a Massachusetts judge appointed by President Bill Clinton.

She followed that clerkship with a second one, for Judge Bruce Selya, appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit by President Ronald Reagan, from 1997 to 1998.

Jackson then snagged a highly sought-after spot as an associate at Miller Cassidy Larroca & Lewin, a Washington litigation boutique that later merged with Baker Botts, a Texas-based firm.

A promotion to the country’s “second-highest court”

The D.C. Circuit is often dubbed the “second-highest court in the land” because of the many high-profile cases that it hears and because it has served as a launching pad for several Supreme Court justices. Among the current justices, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh all served on the D.C. Circuit before being nominated to the Supreme Court, as did the late Justices Antonin Scalia and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

her mid-career decision to spend two years as a public defender
. In fact, the last justice with significant experience representing criminal defendants was Justice Thurgood Marshall, who retired in 1991.

In 2005, Jackson became an assistant federal public defender in Washington, D.C. At her 2021 confirmation hearing, Jackson drew “a direct line” between her work as a public defender and her later work as a trial judge.

As a public defender, Jackson argued in the D.C. Circuit, including before some of the judges who would later become her colleagues.

Jackson left Miller Cassidy after a year for a third clerkship, this time at the Supreme Court as a clerk for Breyer.

When her clerkship ended, Jackson became an associate in the Boston office of a large law firm, Goodwin Procter.

Jackson left Goodwin Procter in 2002 to become an associate at the firm then known as the Feinberg Group, now known as Feinberg Rozen.

In 2007, Jackson returned to private practice one last time. She became “of counsel” – a designation for lawyers who are neither associates nor partners – in the Washington office of Morrison & Foerster, a large San Francisco-based law firm. For three years, Jackson was part of the firm’s appellate litigation group, working on cases in the Supreme Court and in state and federal appeals courts around the country.

n 2010, she returned to the Sentencing Commission after Obama nominated her to serve as vice chair of the commission. The Senate confirmed her for the position by unanimous consent.

A federal district judgeship

In September 2012, Obama nominated Jackson to serve as a U.S. district judge in Washington, D.C. Although the Senate held hearings in December, it did not act on her nomination before the 112th Congress adjourned at the beginning of January. Obama nominated Jackson again on Jan. 4, 2013, and the Senate confirmed her by a voice vote in March.

A promotion to the country’s “second-highest court”

Jackson was confirmed on June 14, 2021, by a vote of 53-44. Three Republicans – Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska – joined all Democrats in voting for her.

So brought up to be a great liberal, got it. Harvard's reputation isn't what it used to be.

Pedophiles also support her. Make pedophilia normal, how low your party has gone.

Trump has cheated contractors, vendors, investors, lawyers, bankers and wives. He's considered a pariah in NYC
Nobody will touch him.. especially US banks and top tier lawyers. His father bailed him out repeatedly. Even the producers of celebrity apprentice thought he was a has been and a buffoon.

.
Given the show was a hit, what are you trying to say, that the producers didn't know WTF they were talking about?

Perhaps, but most of the lawsuits were filed by him. Any successful businessman will tell you lawsuits are just part of running a business. His show would have been a failure without him. Trump was loved by most people including the left before he became a Republican and ran for the presidency.
He wasen't loved in N.Y.C. his hometown where he spent his entire adult life screwing over anyone he could. That's why Trump failed to carry the city in both elections.

They knew him, hated him & still do to this day.

i'm going to assume if that is accurate - it has to do with security. one thing for sure is that neither nancy pelosi, nor the CP nor even turtleboy were in on some kinda false flag or conspiracy to have that happen.
We'll see. The Fog is still thick

He didn't carry it because it's a Communist city. They've been voting Communist for nearly 20 years.

Pedophiles also support her.

what hog wash & utter desperation on yer part. i'm disappointed, yet not surprised.

Make pedophilia normal, how low your party has gone.

you do realize that is just a dog whistle to the Qanon nutters. hopefully she won't get hurt by some asswipe like what set off the mental midget & comet pizza.

i don't belong to any party - & unlike you ... i don't goosestep to any unfounded ridiculous bias bullshit. howeverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

let me just point out a few ' GOP ' members re: pedophiles, m'k?

  • Ruben Verastigui

    • a digital strategist who had worked for both the RNC and the Trump reelection campaign, arrested as part of a federal child sexual exploitation investigation. In messages obtained by federal investigators, the pro-life activist wrote: “Babies are some of my biggest turn-ons.” According to The Daily Beast: “In a group chat with 18 others, Verastigui allegedly traded child porn and graphically discussed his preference for videos depicting child abuse… Verastigui also discussed ‘in great detail’ how much he enjoyed seeing children be abused and killed.”
    • Former Kentucky judge Tim Nolan “who served as a Trump delegate and ballot observer”
    • and who was “charged with multiple human trafficking offenses, after an investigation found that he had a pattern of paying minors and adults for sex, in some cases recording them.” As Grant wrote: “The young woman whose story helped open an investigation into Nolan reported him to her school counselor. He was her family’s landlord, she said, and he had tried to pay her for sex when she was underage, and put his hand on her crotch.” Nolan is currently serving a 20-year sentence.
    • Republican state senator Ralph Shortey,
    • Trump’s Oklahoma campaign chair, was convicted of child sex trafficking and sentenced to 15 years. As NBC News reported, the then-married Shortey was arrested in a motel room with a 17-year-old boy he hired for sex. Police found exchanges on the teen’s tablet in which Shortey referred to him as “baby boy” and offered him cash in exchange for “sexual stuff.” Shortey was also discovered to have sent and received child pornography and used Craigslist to seek casual encounters with males, the “younger the better.”

    • Ben Gibson, a 2020 Republican congressional candidate from Louisiana, who lost his election in November and got arrested in December on four counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.

Like always: "I'm great" or "Make Trump great again" and so on. Bad luck that he is surrounded from one or two enemies who don't vote for him because he tried to sell the USA to Putin ... ah sorry: to sell the Ukraine to Putin.

Currently knowing how much chaos is going on in our country caused by the Biden Harris Administration and there's nothing he can do to stop it?

The presidency was stolen from him. He feels pissed and cheated and rightly so,
