The past 3 years Trump had built up the best economy in a very long time. The markets were at an all-time high before the crisis began. If I remember, it was at or around 29,000 - making its way to 30,000! Then the Coronavirus pretty much tanked the markets. Because of the "endless" shutdowns by these blue states - California, Michigan, New York and a few other states; the Dems pretty much helped wipe it even more. Thus, while these lock-downs were in place; they wanted to pass a $2T "Stimulus" package that would include a bunch of pork in the bill.
So, let's keep these Americans from working by continuing the lock-downs and provide these folks with more money (that will surely raise the national debt).
