They are funding the government for everything expect Obamacare. They want to have the same options Obama has given big business, labor unions and Government workers.
The pubs are not shutting down anything, they have no control to do so, Obama does by power of the Veto

Even though it is the dimwits fault. Cowards won't take credit for it though....and the Republicans were blamed for it, just like they will be blamed for this one if it happens. Which it won't.our country has had many shutdowns in its history.....in 1995 under Clinton we had one for 21 days.....

Obama will tell the TeaP members in the House, "fuck you."
The Senate minority and majority leadership will tell the TeaP members in the House, "fuck you."
Boehner will tell the TeaP members in the House, "fuck you."
Americans overwhelmingly will tell the TeaP members in the House, "fuck you."
So a new CR will be sent with Obamacare funded, and the government will not shut down at all.

Clearly the fault lies with the 40 TeaP members in the House, almost all of whom will be primaried out next year because of the disaster that will hit the GOP if the government shuts down.
