Scroll back. And The Obama just stood in front of our nation and promised to veto any and everything that didn't fit his wealth 're-distribution plansBullshit. Democrats have refused to work with Republicans since 2000. They have been like an enemy among us doing everything they can to bring this country down in reality and in the eyes of the world. The latest example was Sen Dianne Feinstein badmouthing our intelligence agencies. There was no call for that. If anything, that stuff needs to be handled behind closed doors, not blasted to the whole planet.Neither side has tried to work with the otherHe's been trying to work with them for six years. The election was only overwhelming if you don't consider the tiny number of people who voted. Not many more than you would expect in an election for Homecoming Queen.
Republicans had a meeting on inauguration day and decided there would be no cooperation, and since when did a republican have a problem with publicly pointing out anything? Hell, they make stuff up to point out all the time..............Remember BENGHAZIBENGHAZIBENGHAZI?
If that were true, which it is not, that still wouldn't justify the GOP refusing to work with him on anything for six years.
He has nothing to lose at this point i don't know why people act like he does. He Can basically do what he wants as this is his second term and Veto everything he disagrees with.
What he has to lose is his legacy. It's already tarnished. If he vetoes everything the duly elected representatives of the House and Senate send him he will see that legacy go up in flames.
Whether liberals like it or not, the mid terms were an overwhelming rejection of Obama's policies. President Clinton had the gravitas to understand that when it happened to him and he turned his whole Presidency around by working positively with Congress and the Senate.

Stop repeating this lie, about the same number of people voted in 2006 when Dem's took control of congress and you people said it was an historic rebuke of Bush, a mandate, Bush must cave to the will of the people blah blah. OH SNAP!

When Democrats propose destructive policies obstruction is the only logical recourse.
Problem is, Obama never wanted cooperation. Having to go thru the constitutional process is too difficult. His way is to bribe and threaten, the Chicago way.

Generally, when you call someone a liar, you should be able to point to at least one specific lie to make your claim sound like more than childish name calling. I noticed you didn't do that.
Yeah, obama is trying to work with Republicans until they agree with him. And he won the non-votes.He's been trying to work with them for six years. The election was only overwhelming if you don't consider the tiny number of people who voted. Not many more than you would expect in an election for Homecoming Queen.

That would be a very damning statement if it were even slightly true. Here are10 times when republicans were for something right up until Obama proposed it, but they suddenly changed their minds and opposed it.

Obama and another guy are fishing in a boat. The guy falls overboard and is drowning. Obama gets out of the boat, walks on water, and saves the mans life. The headline of the event the next morning: "Obama can't swim".

That's some serious KoolAid gulping. You can thank the Republicans for any improvement in the economy, like the sequester the libs howled about. And no, obama doesn't have ultimate power, sorry. He can veto everything but he can't write the checks and likely isn't stupid enough to go full bore on it as it would have dire consequences in 2016.I seriously think we are going to see just that in the next few years. He really has the power to go right over the heads of people that have been so hurtful to him and the American people. He has managed to pull us out of a horrible mess despite the games and stalls of the congress.
Didn't the Senate approve the New Start treaty by better than 2/3 vote? Why are you trying to blame him for a Senate vote that included many republicans? I know that teabaggers want to blame Obama for everything, even the things that others did, or that are actually good for the US. That's why they are known as childish and crazy.Scroll back. And The Obama just stood in front of our nation and promised to veto any and everything that didn't fit his wealth 're-distribution plans

What a load of crap.
A prime example is nuke negotiations. Obama offers to get rid of ours without assurances that the Kremlin gets rid of theirs. It's total idiocy. Obama specializes in taking a good idea and twisting it into a bad idea. Obamacare is only one of example.
Democrats have been specializing in proposals that a sane person would reject and then finding a way of making the GOP look bad in rejecting it. Immigration is a prime example. And, in response, republicans have vowed to block the dems at every turn.Bullshit. Democrats have refused to work with Republicans since 2000. They have been like an enemy among us doing everything they can to bring this country down in reality and in the eyes of the world. Just saying it has been tit for tat.
Repubs got the brunt of it for the last few years. Now it's the Dems' turn to see shit ran past them.
I hope The Obama uses veto power, just to see it go back and pass anyway
