This is an absurd premise. The employer/employee relationship is symbiotic; were it not for each, the other would not exist.If you own a business and you hire an employee, you don't pay that employee the full value that he/she adds to the business.
The employee is getting paid less than he is worth.
A business exists because someone has made a personal investment of his own labor and funds. An employee agrees to share in the profit of that business for mutual benefit.
If that employee were paid 100% of what you deem "value", the business would no longer exist. Your ideas are better suited to a Communist country, I suggest you emigrate.
