theres no data to support the assertion that Obamacare is stabilizing. The data the studies use to determine health of enrollees is number of days spent in hospital per month per 1000 enrollees.

From 2011-2014 this number went up 1.1. So a 1.1 increase over 4 years. From 2016-2017 it increased 0.9. The pool of members is getting sicker at 4x the rate.
