You said to let a real doctor decide what this child's health risks are, but you don't care what the doctor says, the doctor could look at this girl and say "you are most likely going to die carrying this pregnancy to term" and you wouldn't care. Other services at PP are covered in part of in whole by the state or insurance. Abortions, which are only about 5% of the services at PP, are paid out of pocket, not by the state. hyde ammendment was pass back in 1997.
