Plan numbers are assigned as approved, but the fact is the SLIGHTEST change requires a new filing and thus a "new" plan.

The old plans HAD to be cancelled as a consequence of the new requirements, it really isn't a big deal except that people like you acted stupid when it happened.

The subsidies have helped MANY people, but the plans are NOT better.

For the most part they are worse and again YOU have no way of knowing that because you never had to buy your own, you just believed everything Dear Leader said.

The prices aren't going to come down franco, the loss ratios are already through the roof.

The risk corridors are going to limit the increases to the mid 20's for awhile, but they go away in 3 years..then all hell will break loose.
