To put it another way, the six states with the highest death tolls are all states that imposed severe lockdowns. The numbers come from yesterday's CDC report on COVID-19 deaths in the U.S.

Gee, the biggest cities in the country are contained within the states with the highest number of deaths. Well that's a shock....not.
I wouldn't get too worked up about the other three states. FL and GA already admitted they fudged their numbers and TX is still seeing
